The group constitutes the following companies;
 

A. General Trading:

1. a.) Rashid Buset Trading

This is the flagship company of the group and was established in 1964. Its main activity is trading in food stuff items. The business also deals in a wide variety of fresh and dried food items which are sourced from regional countries like KSA, Sultanate of Oman, Egypt, Jordan and from overseas countries like India, Brazil, UK, USA, France, Italy, etc.

1. b.) Buset Catering Service

The company is the preferred supplier and caterer for hospitals, schools, police and military. It enjoys high reputation in providing professional service.

2) Al Majal Company

Al Majal Company was formed in 1991 and deals in general trading items, specialized in kitchen wares, cutlery, crockery and other glassware items.

3) Oscar Laundry

Established in 1994 and is one of the largest laundry companies in the country. Oscar laundry caters large load for the police force, government and private hospitals, defense forces, hotels, schools and other government department. The company has invested to the latest technology and equipment to be able to deliver professional and quality service.



B. Investment

1) Real Estate

Buset Real Estate owns and rents out apartments, residential villas, hotels, shops and hotel -apartments. The owned -properties are in the prime location in the emirate of Dubai.

2) Financial Services

Al Ahlia Financial Brokerage was formed in 2002. It is licensed by the Central Bank to conduct intermediation in dealing with local and foreign shares, currencies and commodities as well as in money market transactions. In 2005, Al Ahlia got an additional license as a Broker member from Dubai Gold Commodity Exchange (DGCX) to trade gold and other commodities.

3) SMART Padala, Middle East

In 2005, Al Ahlia got a master dealership from SMART Communications in the Middle East and Northern Africa for Smart Padala. SMART Padala is the world's first money remittance via text. It caters to the Overseas Filipino workers working abroad particularly in the Middle East.
 

C. Construction

1) Buset Contracting and General Transportation Company

Established in 1990 and is engaged in building construction. Over the years, the company has completed more than 150 major projects which include high- rise commercial and residential buildings, factories, hospitals, warehouses and other multi-purpose structures. The company has engaged professional staff that has experience and ability to be able to take on any challenging assignments in the construction industry.

2) MEP- (Electro mechanical works).

The company was established in 2003 which is involved in providing electro mechanical services for high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, factories, etc.
 

D. Industrial

1) Al Tela' a Technical and Industries

This was the group's first foray into manufacturing and was established in 1990. The company is engaged in aluminum, glass works, metal works, metal coating and stainless steel works.

2) Wooden Art

A wooden joinery established in 2006, engaged in wood carpentry and interior design decoration.

E. Health

1) Canadian Specialist Hospitals

The company has two hospitals which accommodates 200 beds. The first hospital was opened last 2005 and the second will open by mid of 2007. The hospital aims to enhance the quality of life by providing the latest medical expertise and state of the art technology. The institution will be a progressive leader in clinical, genetics, with preventive medicine, rehabilitative services and to be a focal point for academic and professional relationship.

2) Buset Medical and Electronic Trade

Established in 2005 mainly to import and distribute medical equipments.
